Refunds and cancellations
This page explains your rights to cancel and request a refund for purchases made through HeartBeatNo1.
Right of withdrawal
As a consumer in the EU you generally have a 14 day right to withdraw from a purchase. For digital content and services that start immediately, you may be asked to agree that delivery starts right away, which can end the withdrawal right once the service has been fully provided.
Subscriptions bought in the app stores
Premium subscriptions purchased through the Apple App Store or Google Play are billed by those stores. You manage, cancel and request refunds through your store account. Cancelling stops the next renewal and you keep access until the end of the paid period.
Contributions to wishes
Contributions to other people are voluntary payments processed through Mollie. Because they are sent to support a wish, they are generally not refundable once completed. If a payment failed or was charged in error, contact us and we will help resolve it.
How to request a refund
For purchases billed by HeartBeatNo1 directly, contact us with your account email and the transaction reference. For app store subscriptions, use the refund process of Apple or Google.
Processing time
Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method. The time to appear depends on the payment provider or app store.
